Accounts Receivable Supervisor

My client, a well-established and rapidly growing organisation, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their forward-thinking business based in Mid-Kent.
Duties will include:
• Line management of a team of Accounts Receivable Assistants
• Ensuring sales invoices across multiple sites are raised accurately and on time
• Regularly reviewing and sending out customer statements
• Following up on overdue invoices and escalating when required
• Identifying any overdue accounts by monitoring the AR aging reports
• Dealing with customer queries and disputes
The successful candidate will:
• Have strong Accounts Receivable knowledge and experience
• Have previously supervised a team
• Have excellent attention to detail, communication and analytical skills
• Be a hard-working individual with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
