Governance and Transaction Manager

You will be primarily responsible for

  • Company secretarial matters;
  • Corporate and administrative affairs; and
  • Transaction management relating to transactions primarily engaged in structured finance and securitisation activities.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manages a varied portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions covering a wide asset base including CMBS, RMBS, consumer credit, CLOs and auto receivables transactions.
  • Manages all company secretarial obligations
  • Ensures good legal standing of all SPVs under management during the whole “lifecycle” of companies.
  • Maintains and grows relationships with existing clients and intermediaries


To be successful in this role, experience in legal or structured finance is a must or time with a corporate services provider would be advantageous.
