As a File Checker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our advisors adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. This remote-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK, all while being a key player in our compliance team.

You will:

• Review and assess client files to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Provide detailed feedback and guidance to advisers on improving file quality and meeting compliance requirements.
• Liaise with other members of the compliance team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and best practices in the financial services industry.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a file checking or compliance role within financial services.
• DipPFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills for providing clear and constructive feedback.
