We are looking for talentedJunior & Sous Chefsto integrate in our trattorias inLondon(Gloria, Circolo Popolare, Ave Mario, Jacuzzi, Carlotta) to lead our crazy brigades and train them to become ourHead Chefsof tomorrow


Your main tasks:

  • Responsible for kitchen Operations

  • Responsible for Quality

  • Responsible for the success of the Squadra

  • Responsible for the kitchen KPIs.
