We are looking for committed University Graduates to join highly-regarding exceptional schools in and around Central London, Westminster. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to support and empower children with additional SEMH needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Mental Health Support Assistant | The Role
- £475-550 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
- Term time work only
- Supporting inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of children with SEMH and EHCPs
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs
- Collaborating with and following guidance of the faculty, SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils
- Guaranteeing a safe and equitable environment for all children

What do I need to become a Mental Health Support Assistant?
- Obtained a degree in Psychology/Education (with a specialised knowledge of SEMH) from a Top UK University
- Has previous experience and enthusiasm for working with children
- Showcase excellent communication and organisational skills, patience and resilience
