The responsibilities will include:


Operations

  • Assistance in monitoring timelines and delivery dates provided by third parties including banks, lawyers, accountants etc and flagging issues when timelines have not been met.
  • Schedule management for administrative projects ensuring that we meet any deadlines that have been set.
  • Reviewing various online portals to ensure any instruction letters have been acted upon, particularly by banks.
  • Working with other offices within the group and providing updates on relevant matters.
  • Support on Investment projects.


Admin

  • Completion of administrate documents associated with investment or lending transactions. These include KYC documents.
  • Liaising with different offices within the group to ensure completion of various administrate projects.
  • Producing instruction letters for banks to execute.
  • Producing internal company documents for filing.
  • Arranging execution of these documents with the various stakeholders involved across different time zones.


Office management

There will also be some minor office management duties.


VERY Important:


  • Looking for someone that is proactive, conscientious and highly organised. The ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner is also important. Having some experience in a financial services environment and evidence of excellent organisation / administrative skills are necessary.
  • Very detailed orientated and pay high attention to detail.


Salary + benefits

£45- £50k (DOE) + benefits
