About the role:

As we continue to grow at great speed, we now need more Freelance Graphic Designers to help us create and build more world-class social content for our clients. Delivering brilliant creative for all social channels, we are looking for someone who can turn their hand to anything.


Reporting to the Senior Traffic Manager and Creative Director, you will be responsible for delivering assets to engage and delight our clients’ followers.


You’ll need to be motivated & positive; a can-do mentality is a must. We have a flat structure and believe no idea is a bad idea so there is lots of room to make your mark when it comes to design, ideation, process and structure. So if you’re hungry to make a positive mark, come on in.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Push the boundaries of our creative approach – applying both static and motion knowledge when crafting your work
  • Work in close contact with the Creative Director, Creative Production and Content Strategy teams to ensure top notch content for our clients.
  • The ability and flexibility to follow brand guidelines, but also understand where you can stretch guidelines to enhance the grid and add value.
  • Chip in to all levels of the process, whether it be artworking, making amends, coming up with new concepts for a campaign or leading a photoshoot. Nothing is too big or small when the job needs to be done
  • Constantly search for better ways of working and piloting new systems or processes, implementing positive change helping to effectively manage resources and projects easily.


What do I need to have to deliver this role:

  • 5 years+ design experience
  • Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Both static and motion understanding in your portfolio. Understanding the principals of motion and designing for motion is necessary. Ability to work use After Effects not essential but a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and what content works and why.
  • Great attention to detail with ability to QA briefs and your own work, suggesting alternative ideas and approaches where appropriate.
  • Adept at taking briefs and working on your own initiative, having the confidence to ask questions, turning to your peers for support and guidance where needed
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
  • Ambitious, growth mindset, hungry to succeed, with a passion for best-in-class creativity and perfection in delivery.
  • An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions.
  • Able to manage multiple pieces of work and projects, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A superb sense of humour
