Gleann Mor Spirits is seeking a talented individual to lead the digital strategy for our diverse portfolio of brands. This exciting opportunity is based at our office in Edinburgh, Sighthill.
Location: Edinburgh, Sighthill (2 minutes from tram stop)
Salary: £35,000 base salary plus a target-driven bonus structure
Overview: As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for our online sales across Shopify, Amazon and Mailchimp. Your primary focus will be to optimise our online platform, driving six-figure sales improvements, and implementing enhancements to boost website performance and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve online efficiency and conversion rates.
- Drive improvements within our online channels, with a particular focus on Shopify and Amazon.
- Unlock the value of our six-figure Mailchimp audience through targeted campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and drive traffic to third party listings.
- Manage inventory to maintain appropriate levels, through use of the Unleashed inventory management software, ensuring products are consistently in stock and available for customers.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Make commercial decisions to maximise return on time and effort.
- Effective use of advertising to generate ROI, focusing on Facebook and Amazon advertising,
- Source additional online channels, partnerships and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Office based in Edinburgh.
- Experience using Shopify and other E-Commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of online platforms, including Amazon, and Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console and Tag Manager.
