What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • Assist in ensuring the nursery provides a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children as individuals, enabling them to meet their full potential

  • As a key person you will ensure that the needs of your key children are met, build effective relationships with parents and support with any SEND needs

  • Carry out observations, plan activities in line with the EYFS and support the development of your key children

  • Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery.
