  • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on the most valuable features and enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our product offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse product performance metrics, using insights to inform future development and enhancements.
  • Agile Processes: Champion Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of product increments.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • B2B Expertise: Extensive experience (5+ years) in product ownership, with a strong focus on B2B software or applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving projects forward with pace and determination.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of software development processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
