Your Responsibilities Will Include:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing promotional events, ensuring they are executed with precision and professionalism to meet client expectations. You will confidently deliver presentations and communicate the value of our clients’ products and services, helping to increase brand recognition and market share.

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers will be a key focus, contributing to sustained growth for our clients. You will engage in continuous learning through training sessions, seminars, and coaching, staying current with product updates and industry trends.

Additionally, you will play an active role in training and supporting new team members, supervising their progress and ensuring they adhere to best practices. You will gain a deeper understanding of various business operations through structured group discussions and one-on-one mentoring.

Ultimately, you will strive to meet and exceed both performance and training objectives, focusing on your own personal development while contributing to the overall success of the team.
