Responsibilities
- Oversee bidding process for offshore wind turbine supply within the UK
- Strong connections with various offshore wind developers
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to enhance performance and encourage a collaborative work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process, addressing both technical and commercial aspects related to wind turbine generator (WTG) supply and service.
- Experience on bid preparation and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive proposal packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the offshore wind sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in the wind industry, preferably offshore.
- Strong technical knowledge of large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Experience in sales processes and contract negotiations.
