Join the team at our unique boutique 5-star luxury hotel in central London as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Your responsibilities:- Be responsible for reactive last-minute sales leads, the planning of groups, events and sales administration
- Supporting RevGen team in administration which includes the typing of proposals, reports, statistics, contracts, coordinate travel arrangements, assembly of Travel Expense reports and assembly of RFPs?
- Support the RevGen team in developing and executing projects as set by the Sales Managers (e.g. blitzes, mail shots, incentives, promotional rates for assigned market areas to increase sales activity, volume and profit)
- Provide administrative office support to the Revenue Generation team, e.g. purchase orders, contracting, monthly reporting, database management, stocktake etc.
- Take minutes and action points in meetings as required
- Coordinate internal Revenue Generation meetings, e.g. departmental meeting, F&B meeting etc
- To be conversant and sell the hotel services as required
- Assist with the organisation of promotional events
- Provide support to marketing team when required
Experience
- Some experience required within sales
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, high end restaurant or other hospitality or customer service role preferable
Qualifications
- Minimum of three A levels or equivalent

- English language natural or fluent
- Microsoft 365
- Computer skills
- Telephone skills
