CCTV Installations Coordinator

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Installations Coordinator to join their fast-paced CCTV installations team. You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring on-site teams are equipped and ready to deliver exceptional service to clients.


Esteemed clients include police forces and cutting-edge renewable energy businesses like wind farms. Specialising in the installation and maintenance of their IT, CCTV, and network systems.


About the Role:


Based in their bustling Steeton office, the Installations Coordinator role is an administrative powerhouse. You'll be responsible for the meticulous scheduling and coordination of technical engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to excel in their tasks. This role demands an exceptional organizer who thrives in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Master Scheduler: Coordinate and schedule the workload for installation engineers, manage site visits, ensure all necessary equipment is available, and secure all required permits and risk assessments.
  • Documentation Dynamo: Complete comprehensive Method Statements and Risk Assessments, manage purchase orders, and maintain essential permits.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the liaison between the company and their customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for on-site visits.
  • Resource Manager: Procure additional contractors for larger projects, manage equipment calibration and maintenance, and ensure all engineer certifications are up-to-date.
  • Facility Overseer: Maintain high standards of conduct and pride within the workplace, manage building access and inductions, oversee emergency preparedness, and arrange regular servicing with third-party suppliers.
  • Fleet Supervisor: Manage our company vehicle fleet, including scheduling MOTs, insurance, servicing, and hiring additional vehicles when needed.
  • Compliance Guru: Ensure all mandatory compliance checks are up-to-date, from PUWER inspections to fire risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to achieve security clearance to NPPV3 SC.
  • Experience with Health and Safety regulations and producing RAMS.
