Based in Mayfair, they are looking for a finance professional to join a new team. You will be responsible for the bookkeeping for 5 businesses within the group.

Duties

  • Financial data collation, organisation and processing
  • Accounts receivable: invoicing and credit control
  • Accounts payable: on-boarding of suppliers; bill validation; expenses; and payment runs
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
  • Ad hoc tasks as required within the financial role


Requirements

  • Live in London, working 9.30am to 6pm
  • AAT qualified/near qualified with 5+ years’ experience
  • Experienced using Xero
  • Commercial and strategic mindset
  • Hands on, small company mentality, adaptable to change and a team player is essential
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, without daily face to face supervision
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable explaining financial issues to other staff members and able to correspond professionally with external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hard working, energetic and takes pride in their work
  • Able to take the initiative and be proactive to complete their duties


Up to £40,000, dependent on experience
