Job Description

What will you be doing?

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will join Creweteam to support our activities within the Automotive sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing changes and planning releases for all on-board and off-board charging components.
  • Focusing specifically on the in-cable control and protection device.
  • Coordinating hardware and software delivery and sign-off with the feature owner.
  • Overseeing the release, validation, and sign-off of on-board charging datasets and coding, following Bentley processes.
  • Taking ownership of on-board and off-board charging functions and their interactions with the vehicle.
  • Leading the development, validation, and confirmation testing for all charging systems as required.
  • Reporting current project status and providing feedback to senior management.
  • Monitoring component compliance with legislative requirements in each region/territory

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone with comprehensive knowledge of the release process.
  • An individual skilled in using Vector Tools: CANoe/CANape.
  • An expert in electricalvehicle and electrical system data acquisition (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) using tools such as CSM, TTTech, Klaric, and Vector.
  • A professional who can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced with Electical Vehicle.

  • Excellent time management and a systematic approach to data management and problem-solving.
