Investigations Manager - Inside IR35 - Circa £600 - £610 per day


Investigations Manager with experience working in gobal corporate environments is required by Logic Engagements to work for our market leading client based in London (this role will be predominately remote with occasional days in the office).


The scope of the role will be to play a key part in ensuring our clients code of conduct and breach management standards are effectively upheld through the effective conduct of investigations.


This will involve:

  • Providing decision makers with forward looking information and guidance on risk.
  • Ensure risks are appropriately identified and managed
  • Work as a subject matter expert on investigations matters, conducting investigations and identifying trends, controls failures or gaps, and provide timely and effective guidance to senior leaders and partners.
  • Providing support and training to employees on relevant subjects.


In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • An extensive background working as an investigations professional (a minimum of 8+ years previous experience required)
  • Strong experience in conducting and leading sensitive investigations in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent writing & presentation skills
  • Expertise/experience in use of e-discovery tools in investigations, as well as other relevant technology.
  • Strong analytical capability; proven ability to determine compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and other relevant standards.
  • Ability to produce and present effective written/oral reports on complex investigations to senior executives and/or other senior stakeholders, ensuring that legal privilege is protected where necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation and to manage projects through and with geographically dispersed colleagues, and ability to lead through strong influence and interpersonal skills with a high level of cultural awareness, empathy and sensitivity.
  • Ability to deal with delicate situations and potentially conflicting priorities, while maintaining a diplomatic balance
