Description
- Manage and execute private prosecutions from inception to conclusion
- Contribute to the development of the professional services department
- Offer legal advice to clients in relation to private prosecutions
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the legal team
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legal developments in private prosecutions
- Represent the company in court as needed
- Prepare and review legal documents and case theories
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations
