What to expect as a Nursery Manager:

  • To support the implementation of the EYFS including overseeing planning and record keeping

  • Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents, Carers and families

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies

  • Manage the occupancy of the nursery in line with business aims.

  • Identify training needs, develop training plans and evaluate the training undertaken by staff

* You must hold a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification to be considered for this role*
