What to expect as a Nursery Manager:
To support the implementation of the EYFS including overseeing planning and record keeping
Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents, Carers and families
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies
Manage the occupancy of the nursery in line with business aims.
Identify training needs, develop training plans and evaluate the training undertaken by staff
* You must hold a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification to be considered for this role*
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
