About the Teaching Assistant role:

In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for pupils.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students
  • Helping to create a dyslexia-friendly learning environment
  • Supporting students with diverse learning needs to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to implement our rich, future-focused curriculum
