The Springfield Group are looking to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented Kit Erector to join their busy team in Central Scotland.
About the Role
Working on any of our Central Scotland sites, the Kit Erector will work as part of a team to erect and install timber frame structures in accordance with drawings. You will erect kits generally via crane erect, therefore the role will involve building roofs on the floor and the installation of floor cassettes. If you are skilled, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career in construction.
About You
· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.
· Excellent communication skills and work ethic.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Experience in erecting timber frame including floor cassettes and roof trusses.
· Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
· Ability to use all necessary power tools for the role.
· Health and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safely.
· Willing to travel between various sites as part of the job requirements.
· Hold a valid and appropriate CSCS card relevant to the role.
