The Role

BASE LOCATION: Bellshill

SALARY: Up to £35K - Depending on skills and experience

WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

REPORTING TO: Head of Marketing


We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Data Lead to join our team. This permanent position plays a critical role in supporting Kick ICT's ambitious growth by leveraging data to drive targeted marketing initiatives and nurture new business opportunities.

Role Overview: As the Marketing Campaign Data Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and New Business team to create insight-driven strategies that align with our growth objectives. You will landscape and organise data to support lead nurturing, cross-sell, and upsell strategies across our divisions, delivering actionable insights that maximise customer value.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for tailoring data to meet specific campaign briefs, ensuring our marketing efforts are impactful and data-driven. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align data strategies with broader business goals and drive successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop customer and contact strategies that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide tailored data insights for campaigns, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Work with the New Business team to identify, organise, and nurture data to support sales opportunities.
  • Optimise CRM data for campaigns, focusing on accuracy and usability to drive marketing impact.
  • Support the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and collaborate with teams to analyse account planning outcomes, identifying key insights that inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives, bridging data and sales teams to support broader goals.
  • Develop and refine reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead nurturing outcomes, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure data processing aligns with data protection laws and Kick ICT's data privacy policy.
  • Identify CRM platform improvements and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
  • Monitor data quality, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.


What do I need?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data-driven marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analysis, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and privacy best practices.
  • Articulate, great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues at all levels
