Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Adobe Lightroom Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals ranging from beginners to advanced users. The trainer will create engaging and effective lesson plans, demonstrate Lightroom's features, and ensure participants gain the necessary skills to enhance their photo editing capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

Conduct in-person, virtual, sessions on Adobe Lightroom, tailored to different skill levels.

Demonstrate key functionalities of Lightroom, including photo importing, organization, editing, color correction, and export processes.

Provide hands-on training with practical examples, exercises, and real-world scenarios.

Curriculum Development:

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, guides, and tutorials.

Continuously update and refine the curriculum to reflect the latest features and best practices in Adobe Lightroom.

Assessment and Support:

Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.

Offer one-on-one support and troubleshooting for trainees needing additional help.

Provide follow-up resources and support to ensure continued learning.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the training department to align with organizational goals and standards.

Collaborate with other trainers or departments to integrate Lightroom training with broader photography or design courses.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest Adobe Lightroom updates, photography trends, and editing techniques.

Attend workshops, seminars, or online courses to maintain and expand your knowledge base.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Lightroom or related software (preferred).

Experience:

Proven experience in teaching or training Adobe Lightroom, with a strong portfolio of work.

Hands-on experience with digital photography and post-processing techniques.

Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt to different learning styles.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality training.
