Business Development Manager

An opportunity to join an established premium spirits business who ha a portfolio of widely recognised and category-leading brands
Role & Responsibilities:
The role serves to increase brand awareness, drive sales, build distribution, and trade education objectives. This role will help build long-term advocacy amongst bar tenders with an emphasis on premium on trade accounts. You will have excellent spirits knowledge, and be able to deliver our inspiring brand story, with detailed and engaging tasting experiences.
· Serve as the face of our premium brand portfolio
· Identify and obtain new on trade accounts to achieve our sales and marketing objectives
· Inspire accounts and bartenders to become advocates
· Create unique brand experiences to engage and build advocacy
· Create and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
· Support brand programs and consumer facing events
· Execute key retailer events
· Help manage the brand training tool kits and materials
· Conduct tutored trade and consumer tastings
· Complete monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
· Data analysis to identify new and existing growth opportunities
What we’ll be looking for:
· Excellent people person *based in North or East London*
· 2 years + on-trade sales experience
· Experience of having worked with and/or in some of the UK’s best bars or restaurants
· Strong network within key bars/ restaurants in North London
· Ability to network and build strong relationships
· Track record of strategic and innovative thinking
· A real passion, energy and drive for premium drinks and mixology
· You will need to be client-centric, committed, and results driven
