What you will bring

  • Must be available to work a set shift pattern of Wednesdays to Sundays

  • You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

Welcoming and engaging with guests

  • Have complete knowledge of the Afternoon Tea food & drinks menu
  • Manage the tea and coffee station as well as the back of house area, giving the best service possible by closely communicating with the team
  • Ensure highest standards of guest service at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Understanding the flow of service in order to anticipate Head Waiter/ess instructions whenever possible
  • Support the Waiter/ess and Head Waiter/ess team where necessary
