Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementing and managing the Data Privacy Program for the Publicis Media agencies alongside the Global Data Privacy Program Lead, in close coordination with the country CFO.
  • Collaborate closely with Publicis Groupe´s Global Data Privacy Office, as well as the Global Security Office to ensure alignment between Groupe´s global cyber security and privacy and data protection practices and programs.
  • Serve as one of the data privacy subject matter experts with a focus on UK privacy and data protection laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will posses,

Strong experience within the adtech and digital media industry, with experience of collating and preparing Subject Access Request disclosures.

  • . A good understanding of data privacy related experience with a focus on data privacy and protection laws, regulations and best practices.
  • One Trust experience essential
  • IAPP certification(s) (e.g. CIPP,CIPP/E, CIPM) or willingness to become certified.
  • Stays informed on the evolving data privacy landscape to (a) understand the potential impacts on media´s business offerings; and (b) to design and implement the necessary corrective actions in relation to the team’s/Publicis Media’s current operations, processes and tools to remain compliant.
