Multi-site, branded food manufacturer is looking for a QA Technologist for their site based in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will deliver technical and quality assurance across the site, ensuring food safety, quality and hygiene standards are achieved.


Reporting to the QA Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Conducting tests and audits to guarantee products meet and exceed food safety standards
  • Identifying and resolving potential risks to enhance product quality and drive continuous improvement
  • Analysing Quality Data to monitor trends, optimise processes, and improve product consistency
  • Working with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed quality at every stage of manufacturing


Essential / Desirable skills include:

  • A good understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP
  • Previous experience conducting internal audits
  • Previous food manufacturing experience in a technical role
  • Quality Assurance qualifications
  • Self-confident to challenge people and highlight where any changes may be required

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm and 8:30am – 5:00pm on a weekly rotational basis. The salary is up to £26,500 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
