The role

We are recruiting for an experienced copywriter to join our content team. If you are a copywriting superstar, with particular expertise in writing for SEO, (especially if you have a passion for skiing or snowboarding), read on


What you’ll be doing

  • Primarily writing awesome SEO-optimised content to drive organic traffic, bring our holidays to life, engage customers, and make them smile. This will include copy for destination landing pages through to longer-form blog articles.
  • Supporting other digital channels (including CRM and social media) by writing or editing copy.
  • Supporting short-form video content by writing scripts for voice-overs when needed.
  • Ensuring all copy is consistently in the Heidi tone-of-voice, with impeccable grammar.
  • Contributing to content and creative ideas in the wider team.
  • Working to deadlines, and managing a busy pipeline of copywriting work.


What you’ll bring

Essential

  • Stand-out copywriting skills.
  • Technical expertise in writing for SEO.
  • An absolute knack for balancing the technical aspects of writing commercially-minded SEO copy, while maintaining a brand tone-of-voice.
  • Experience as a skier or snowboarder yourself, so that your language and understanding of our customers comes through authentically in your work.
  • Writing to deadlines, and the ability to manage a pipeline of briefs in a busy environment.


Desirable

  • Experience taking briefs from SEO agencies (that includes things like keywords and word count) and turning them into compelling, commercial, traffic-driving content.
  • Previous exposure to researching and writing for travel.
