An excellent opportunity has arisen for a UX Researcher to work cross-functionally to uncover the behaviours, needs and motivations of users, using a variety of user research methodologies. You will generate insights that feed into all stages of product development, from discovery to ongoing iteration, and in line with product roadmaps.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with design, product management, data science, content design, engineering, and to help drive Automation strategies and deliver high quality user experiences
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify research questions and to develop and execute on research roadmaps
  • Act as a thought leader in domain of research, while advocating for people who use our products
  • Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle using the right methodology for the right questions
  • Generate insights that contribute to how product teams think about strategy


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Mixed methods researcher- comfortable working across both qualitative and quantitative techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Previous experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
  • Experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
  • Education/Experience: BA/BS in a human behaviour related field (beneficial)
