Role Description:

This role involves UKG Pro WFM implementation design and development for a major retail/logistics client in the UK. The candidate will lead the transition from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM, ensuring a smooth go-live process and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance workforce management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UKG Pro WFM implementation projects.
  • Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM modules, including Accruals, Time and Attendance, and Analytics.
  • Follow the SDLC process to provide comprehensive implementation solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with regional consultants.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Configuration/Integration Consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Assess and design environments to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist Services teams with support discovery and scoping.
  • Work within a cloud-based environment comfortably.
  • Maintain project management tools for all workstreams within the projects.
  • Manage integration design and implement best practices for upstream and downstream systems.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Plan and oversee deployment and release to production environments.
  • Provide final handoff to the support team.


Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Proven experience in UKG Pro WFM implementation.

  • Expertise in configuring UKG Pro WFM modules, including Accruals, Timekeeping, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
  • Ability to comprehend and translate client and regional consultant requirements into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in assessing and designing environments to meet specific customer needs.
  • Proficiency in managing project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Experience in integration design and implementation of best practices for system integrations.
  • Person Specification:Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer interfacing and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative and assertive team leader and member.
  • Supportive and capable of building effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
