We are looking for a Junior Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team at TXM Consult UK & Ireland. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing and communications efforts, helping us to engage with our target audiences effectively.


The Junior Communications and Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage online, and drive meaningful interactions with our target audience. This role involves creating engaging content for social, monitoring our social media, analysing social media performance to inform future strategies, and supporting the embedding of our internal communications strategy including managing our intranet site including content and design.


This role will also involve supporting TXM Consult at industry events and assisting with internal meetings and client engagements when required.


This is a fantastic opportunity that provides autonomy for the right candidate to shape our communications and marketing strategies for the future.



Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify, develop, and disseminate relevant and engaging content via our social media and other channels.
  • Devise new ways and strategies to reach and engage with the relevant target groups.
  • Ownership of our internal intranet site includes managing publications and content pipeline.
  • Ownership of TXM Consult website including ensuring up to date and current.
  • Develop compelling visual assets for social media (incl. infographics and short videos)
  • Design impactful presentations for client presentations and bids.
  • Interact with target communities to increase engagement and followers.
  • Analyse the performance of communication activities and produce reports for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to other activities within the department (e.g. copywriting and editing of marketing materials).
  • Support the implementation and marketing of (online) events.
  • Assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy and overall brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
  • Ideally one to two years’ experience in a communications or marketing role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in working with WordPress, Google Analytics, ideally also marketing automation.
  • Track record with managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube).
  • Proficient in Sharepoint design and Powerpoint.
  • At ease with video editing software and design tools such as Canva or, , InDesign is an advantage.
