Associate - UK Private Equity

The focus of the position and the key responsibilities will be around screening of new investment opportunities across sectors and then moving deeper into the transaction with those targets deemed interesting. The team is looking for UK M&A Coverage Investment Bankers ideally having worked on both London and Regional transactions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and thematic analysis to identify investment opportunities in target investment sectors.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.
Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of experience, within UK M&A or UK Restructuring transaction experience at a leading firm
- Experience working with mid/large cap transactions
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
