Recruitment Coordinator

Miryco Consultants are working with an established Asset Manager requiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join their high-performing and dynamic talent function. This role would suit an experienced and energetic talent coordinator capable of managing high-volume interview scheduling with meticulous accuracy and organisation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing diary management for activities related to recruitment and talent.
- Scheduling interviews
- Liaising with external recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Processing and managing invoices
- Helping to coordinate diversity initiatives
- Creating reports around recruitment
- Ad hoc project work
Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Financial Services as a Recruitment Coordinator with exposure to the firm's talent function.
- Superb organisation skills and diary management.
Desired:
- High standard undergraduate/bachelors degree.
Working Arrangements: Hybrid, London
