Requirements:

There is a need to have previously led a retail sales team to deliver extraordinary sales performance within a retail store setting.

Understanding of watch & jewellery merchandise would naturally be helpful although there are standout Watch & Jewellery trade personas who have transferred their talent from other equally sophisticated retail product areas.

The breadth of which is quite wide but in summary could be Fashion, Eyewear, Luxury goods, Fragrance, and cosmetics - the emphasis being on presenting a product proposition that is personal & requires careful thoughtful presentation.

It would be great if the successful appointee could demonstrate success in team building, encouraging store service levels that go above & beyond & can engender consistently best customer service endeavour whatever the future challenge maybe.

As with the merchandise that this store proudly represents you need to thrive equally on detail, be a thorough planner, be & expect from colleagues exceptional preparation to ensure that on your watch all are ready to trade to the optimum.
