Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving any queries or concerns with efficiency and grace.
  • Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Handle any emergencies or incidents with professionalism and discretion, upholding the Bulgari brand reputation.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
  • Represent senior management in their absence, making sound decisions to support both the team and guests.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality environment.
  • Impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to uphold the Bvlgari brand's standards of excellence.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English and another language preferred.
