This is a remote working position, our Project Delivery team meet in our Leeds office on a quarterly basis.

What you’ll do


We are a busy team, managing all aspects of the project life cycle and we have a real focus on ensuring we deliver quality to our customers, but we also have fun along the way


You will be accountable for managing and facilitating the successful delivery of assigned projects from initiation through to go live and handover to support teams. It is your responsibility to deliver the agreed requirements, proactively planning and managing all aspects of the delivery to ensure our projects meet quality benchmarks.


Like any Project Management role, stakeholder engagement is key, and it is no different here. You will work closely with the business to ensure that delivery of project work-streams are aligned to meet our customer requirements.


Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;

  • Work directly with the Customer’s project team to ensure agreed plans are in place, issues proactively managed and updates provided regularly
  • Understand customer requirements and manage risk assessments and change management processes.
  • Ensure that you work closely with your team, peers, and wider business to motivate and lead them towards success.
  • Manage financial aspects of the project including revenue and meeting project budgets
  • Provide strong governance throughout the project with high quality documentation as appropriate


Who you’ll be


You will have previous experience of working on multiple projects or duties simultaneously. With excellent attention to detail, you will have experience of keeping projects to schedule whilst working cross-functionally.


Working with multiple stakeholders and customers, you must be proven in your ability to build great relationships, but also demonstrate your influencing and negotiation skills.

You need to demonstrate your understanding of a project lifecycle process and communicate effectively with customers on progress.


Other skills and experience we are looking for you to demonstrate include;

  • Project management experience or understanding of project management lifecycle
  • Ability to operate with own initiative, as well as work as part of a team.
  • Experience working with customers, understanding requirements and ability to manage customer expectations
