Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional room service experience to guests during the night shift
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Ensure proper set-up and organization of the room service area
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room service area
  • Effectively handle billing and cash transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow all safety and security procedures

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a waiter or in room service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and billing
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status)
