About the Role


An entrepreneurial role within WCP, leading commercial projects to deliver top and bottom line growth across creator brands and agency clients.


This is initially a 6 month contract position, with an opportunity to move to full time.


Day to day, you’ll be strategising and securing profitable, win-win commercial partnerships for our 360 managed creators, supporting them to build 7 figure brands.


You’ll be proactively finding opportunities to grow partnerships with our existing clients, as well as winning new business for our agency function.


For example:

  • Sourcing e-commerce suppliers, forecasting, supply management and managing the execution of e-commerce strategies across Shopify and TikTok shop
  • Identifying and negotiating with JV partners to develop digital and physical products with creators
  • Identifying and pitching sponsorship opportunities to brands for events, tours and long term collaborations with creators
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, creators, brand clients and other key stakeholders
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Managing financial forecasts, budgets and P&Ls
  • Identifying and pitching new business for our influencer marketing agency


About You
