The Company:

Our Client is an established Investment Management / Asset Management firm with an investment platform business – offering SIPP and Pension products.


The role:


The SIPP Pension Administrator will act as the forefront support for the retail investment management client base, by providing exemplary client service and by sharing knowledge in respect of SIPPs and Pension products.


The SIPP Pension Administrator will ensure that all SIPP client inquiries are responded to, processing and checking all SIPP client onboarding. Completing AML checks for new and existing clients.


To be accountable for ensuring that SIPP clients receive a level of service appropriate to their needs. Processing SIPP payments and completing daily Reconciliations for all SIPP bank accounts.


Communicating effectively with SIPP clients and third party administrators keeping them informed of any and all changes/issues etc.


Influences strategic initiatives to ensure that the firm provides SIPP client service that exceeds expectations. Supports continuous improvement initiatives for internal and external processes and services.


Proactively manages internal client relationships (i.e. Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Service providers, Fund Financial Services and Systems Integration) to ensure support for clients’ needs.


Manages client data for internal recordkeeping purposes. Produces MI and internal updates on client activity. Escalates appropriately and is risk aware.


The candidate:

1-3 years related SIPP / Pension Client Services work experience within an Asset Management, Investment Management firm and a strong knowledge of SIPP and Pension products.

SIPP client service experience.

Ability to build rapport with internal partners and clients – effective interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Able to work independently.
