We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the UAE.


The individuals will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Positions Overvies:

Responsible for all finishing aspects of a job including blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting and carpentry works, ensuring that the production, planning, costing and commercial aspects of the contract are considered at all times


Responsibilities:

  • To control the overall site plan for finishing works, calculating resources required in both human and material terms
  • To create a HSE plan for the site and enure it is implemented
  • To complete the job on time and in the budget allowable
  • To lead and manage construction teams ensuring all members of the team are communicated to, motivated and challenged
  • To work with the Commercial Team, to monitor construction costs and ensure any anomolies are rectified
  • To ensure a quality management system and control plan is in place for the site
  • To attend meetings and communicate with all stakeholders including the client, authourities and consultants ensuring all parties are kept updated with progress on site
  • To interpret and apply technical drawings to determine the contract requirements
  • Be familiar with contract details, able to interpret and apply tender and construction drawings
  • To manage productivity on a contract to ensure it is timelously completed, ensuriung all works are measured and recorded
  • To manage the testing of technical componants on a contract ensuring the tests are completed, results interpreted and appropriate action taken
  • To plan and prepare for new contracts including revision of tender documents, developing a schedule and establishing site facilities

  1. B Eng, BTEC, ND in Civil Construction
