We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Loans & Document Information Management Analyst to join them for a short-term contract running until 1st February 2025. However, there may be scope for extension.
Overview of the Role:
This role forms part of the wider Loan Operations Team which offers front to back support for Global Markets Loan Trading. The candidate will be responsible for management and development of the portfolio of reporting and reconciliation enhancements across the team through utilisation of data analytics tools. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be a key part of growing, developing and honing the Loan Ops Strategic Operational model Globally to meet and cater for future Business demands
Key Accountabilities:
• Create and maintain online sharing data rooms (SyndTrak) with public or private side asset information.
• Perform regular review of relevant internal and external client access expiry to our data room workspaces.
• Comprehensive review of public vs. private side asset information documents to ensure compliance with internal info sharing eligibility criteria.
• Work closely with other internal teams i.e. Legal, Conflicts or Compliance on asset information sharing for new borrower exposure.
• You will be responsible for creating, negotiating, and agreeing confidentiality agreements directly with sales desks and clients.
• Handle queries from our external clients and the trading desk relating to management of information.
• Provide support to the confidentiality agreement negotiation and execution process.
• Log all confidentiality agreements on internal register and maintain all related correspondence on shared drives.
• Preparation of frequent reports and statistics for the trading desks or management
Candidate Requirements:
• Presentable, confident and client focused.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Python, etc) to assist in development of reporting.
• Excellent communications skills and proficiency with numbers/calculations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate

Location:
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office at least 3 days a week.
Working hours:
