We are currently supporting a secondary school in the Southport area (Sefton) which is in need of recruiting a qualified Science teacher to cover the remainder of the academic year.

  • Your new roleScience Teacher delivering KS3 & KS4 Science. Working within an established Science department and planning and delivering good and engaging lessons to ensure pupils are on task and achieving outcomes in every lesson.
    Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Follow the schools rewards and behaviour policy.
  • Delivering KS3 & KS4 Science
  • Planning good lessons & marking homework

  • Qualifications
  • A degree in Science or a related subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching at secondary school level.

  • Skills
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • The ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
