We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial flair to take the Griffin Inn to the next phase of its success story. You must have strong leadership skills to inspire your team to drive sales.
Excellent hosting skills are crucial, as this is a busy pub with a comprehensive sports offer in the front bar, local sporting teams and a popular dining area, in addition to an extensive garden. You will love running a busy kitchen and serving a fantastic pint, with standards that are second to none.
Local knowledge is a plus but not essential, as you will be at the heart of village life and be proud of the tight-knit community you serve. You will enjoy rallying around your team and community to create great memories and events for families in the neighbourhood. The Griffin is the true hub of the local community.

The Pub and Location
The Griffin Inn sits in the village of Mynydd Isa in north-east Wales.
The Griffin Inn has exceptionally high standards. We have since made an additional investment in the kitchen due to the expanding dining covers and the new children’s play area. You will enjoy an all-around community pub where you will get to know all the regulars and their families well and become part of daily village life.
The Griffin Inn has a public bar with sports coverage and a large dining room suitable for hosting every occasion. You will find external seating to the front and rear of the business. The beer garden also has a play area for the younger family members.
The pub is dog friendly and situated directly on local walkers’ routes. It is also popular with car clubs and is renowned for its local charity work.
The living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen & bathroom
