Our client are a Global Brand Activation Agency and recently have brought on a brand new client and that account is now thriving and growing rapidly. From working with one brand this has lead to multiple new arms of the business coming on board. This is a very exciting time to join the company.


This has lead to a new role opening up in the team, which is a Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate would of come from a marketing/creative agency and have worked with FMCG brands ideally beverages and have knowledge of a retail environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ownership of account development plans.
  • Account handling expert who can be consultative to the client.
  • Confident in discussing and challenging clients on the briefs and objectives.
  • Work with multiple teams such as strategy and creative and provide valuable input.
  • Able to identify new business opportunities.
  • Take client briefs and able to proactively suggest alternative solutions.
  • Participation in pitch proposal and deliveries.
  • Work to ensure that the client has full confidence that the project and campaigns will meet or exceed expectations.
  • Be confident in adding value/new solutions.


Knowledge and experience


  • Experience in helping shape clients strategic or tactical plans.
  • Previous Marketing/Creative agency experience.
  • Great resilience and people management skills.
  • Positive and proactive.
  • Good understanding of business commercials.
  • Great written and verbals skills.
  • Client focused.
  • Determination to succeed and exceed expectations.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to drive pitch success.
