Each role offers the opportunity to lead paid media strategies for high-growth digital brands. You’ll combine analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to drive customer acquisition and retention, working at the cutting edge of performance marketing.


Ideally you are happy being hands-on running the accounts yourself. If you're not, it's still worth applying, as we do have less hands-on roles as well.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Owning Paid Media Strategy. Lead the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube & Search), and Affiliate.

Driving Results. Focus on sustainable customer acquisition growth, with full ownership of CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.

Creative Campaign Development. Collaborate with in-house teams to produce high-impact creatives, leveraging UGC, branded content, whitelisting, and spark ads to enhance campaign performance.

Data-Driven Experimentation. Develop and manage an experimentation framework to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation, prioritising tests based on impact and feasibility.

Collaborative Marketing Leadership. Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to amplify new product launches, refine the customer journey, and execute retention strategies.

Building High-Performing Teams. Help develop and lead paid media teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.


Who You Are:

Performance Marketing Expert. You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social (Meta & TikTok) and some Paid Search experience (Google & Bing) as well, ideally within DTC brands.

Analytical & Data-Obsessed. You’re comfortable diving into the details, using insights to optimise campaigns and drive efficiency.

Creative Problem Solver. You bring innovative ideas to the table and are excited to own projects from concept to execution.

Execution-Oriented. While you’re comfortable leading strategy, you still enjoy getting hands-on with campaign setup and optimisation.

Detail-Oriented Multi-Tasker. You thrive when managing multiple priorities, leaving no stone unturned.
