Join Our Community Team as an Assistant Community Manager

Your Role: As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Community Manager to elevate the member experience and ensure smooth daily operations that shine with our global standards. You’ll be the friendly face of our community, nurturing relationships and organising fun events that keep everyone engaged. Plus, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by conducting building tours and helping convert leads into new memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members with a sprinkle of enthusiasm.
- Step up to lead the Community Team when the Community Manager is away—think of yourself as our community captain
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Sales Director to fulfil monthly revenue and occupancy goals.
- Conduct engaging building tours that showcase our vibrant community.
- Provide tailored proposals to prospective members, ensuring they feel right at home with us.
- Proactively engage members in exciting sales initiatives, with the chance to earn generous commissions once your probation period is over
- Execute lead generation campaigns and help convert inquiries into happy members.
Member Experience:
- Ensure our members have an exceptional experience by being their go-to person for questions and support.
- Build a strong community by getting to know our members and their unique businesses.
- Drive initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and overall building performance.
Operations Management:
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain our building's quality and charm.
- Collaborate with vendors to uphold health and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure quick resolutions to keep everything running smoothly.
Event Management:
- Create and manage a calendar filled with fun, engaging events that foster community connections.
- Negotiate partnerships to enhance event quality while keeping an eye on costs.
- Proactively create innovative experiences that surprise and delight our members.
Financial Oversight:
- Keep an eye on operational and event budgets to ensure we’re spending wisely.
- Understand and communicate the financial performance through monthly P&L reviews.
About You: We’d love to chat if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate, operations, hospitality, marketing, or related fields, with a strong customer service background.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills.
- A passion for challenges and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, dependability, and a proactive work ethic.
