Job Description
In a nutshell

At Sainsbury's we believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do.

Customer Experience's vision is to create the easiest, most enjoyable experiences that better serve our customers' ever-changing needs. As a Content Designer you'll create concepts and solutions for Sainsbury's products, services, propositions and experiences. This may include our transactional and non-transactional websites, apps, self-service tills, loyalty propositions - or new in-store concepts and services that need to be explored, defined and developed.

You'll work in cross-functional teams, partnering with Experience Designers, Researchers, End-to-End Designers and Engineers. And you'll work on ground-breaking new projects that combine physical and digital shopping.

The Content Design team is small but mighty, so a key part of the role will be scaling your impact. You'll develop Content Design best practice as part of our design system, and help upskill and inspire Experience Designers in the team.
