About us


Hospiria (part of Under The Doormat Group) is an integrated SaaS + Service offering for independent property managers and portfolio owners. We offer our partners the ability to maximize occupancy levels, nightly earnings and overall income efficiently without the need for additional in-house resource, by giving users an all-in-one system for managing their accommodation business.


Those clients who take the + Service outsource their Guest Sales function to us here in Hospiria, and we are looking for a bright and ambitious person to join us as a Travel Consultant.


About the role


We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm for sales and travel. Our Travel Consultants are first point of contact for potential guests (individuals and businesses), and you will be responsible for promoting Hospiria Partners’ properties and converting enquiries into bookings. Previous experience in travel or real estate is a bonus, but not essential.


We work from our amazing office in Fulham 3 days per week, and from home the other 2. Please note that we work on Bank Holidays, but these days are added back to your yearly holiday allowance.


Responsibilities


  • Owning your own Guest Sales pipeline using HubSpot
  • Calling all inbound enquiries to create and foster a genuine relationship with guests and corporate agents, in order to convert their enquiry into a booking
  • Liaising with potential guests across a range of bookings platforms, and via corporate booking partners and travel agents
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell stays
  • Collaboration - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and customer success, to deliver the best service to guests
  • Market Insights - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine our approach and product offerings
  • Ownership of individual projects, which will help the business as well as grow your own individual knowledge base
