The Role:


This position will sit within their Exec Leadership team and be accountable for creating, driving, and the delivering the Engineering and Product strategy for the business in line with the companies global strategy. You will also have a core set of responsibilities including being a core member of business development activities, client relationship management, awareness of and accountability for near and long-term company financial goals, and accountability for company strategic initiatives.


In addition you will oversee a tech team of 28 and a Product team of 8 and be tasked with the technology leadership, wellbeing and development of your distributed team and driving what skills are needed internally and in the market today with a keen eye for what requires nurturing for the future and the type of work they should be pursing.


Alongside growing technology you will be leading the Product practice through shaping and driving the approach, tools they use and the digital product culture within the team.
