As a LinkedIn Ads Manager, you will develop and execute high-standard digital advertising campaigns for B2B clients handling media planning, optimisation, budget management, ad operations, performance analysis, and conversion tracking. You'll manage multiple accounts, ensuring prompt delivery and making strategic recommendations and be supported by an implementation team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and LinkedIn advertising efforts across multiple B2B clients.
  • Plan and optimise media strategies to maximise performance.
  • Manage and track budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and ROI.
  • Ensure LinkedIn campaigns are aligned to the overarching media strategy for the client.
  • Analyse performance metrics to provide campaign optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital marketing solutions.
  • Ensure strategic storytelling and quality assurance across all campaign outputs.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for existing clients and contribute to new business initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Manage and support the development of junior members of the team



Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in LinkedIn ad strategy, specifically in B2B.
  • Proven expertise in media planning, optimisation, digital advertising and ABM advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, 6sense and Terminus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 would be beneficial.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance analysis and campaign optimisation.
  • Attention to detail for handling extensive data sets and complex projects, ensuring accuracy and precision in every aspect.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Ability to leverage strategic models, frameworks, and third-party tools effectively.
